Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 int\u00e8gre les r\u00e9sultats de quatre \u00e9tudes de recherche afin de fournir une compr\u00e9hension globale de la fa\u00e7on dont la domestication, les changements alimentaires et la captivit\u00e9 ont un impact sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/bonza-retheme.blz.au\/fr\/2026\/01\/le-microbiome-intestinal-le-centre-de-commandement-cache-de-la-sante-de-votre-chien\/\">microbiomes intestinaux des chiens<\/a> et des loups. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tude 1 : Diff\u00e9rences dans les microbiomes intestinaux des chiens et des loups : R\u00f4les des antibiotiques et de l&rsquo;amidon<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectifs et m\u00e9thodes :<\/strong> Cette <a href=\"https:\/\/bmcvetres.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12917-021-02815-y\">\u00e9tude<\/a> visait \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la diversit\u00e9 et la fonction des bact\u00e9ries intestinales chez les chiens domestiques par rapport aux loups en captivit\u00e9. Des \u00e9chantillons de 3 loups sauvages, de 4 loups en captivit\u00e9 et de 4 chiens domestiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un s\u00e9quen\u00e7age Shotgun. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Principales conclusions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Composition bact\u00e9rienne :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les embranchements les plus abondants dans l&rsquo;intestin des loups et des chiens sont les Bacteroidetes, les Firmicutes, les Fusobacteria, les Proteobacteria et les Actinobacteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les genres dominants \u00e9taient Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Prevotella, Megamonas, Paraprevotella, Faecalibacterium et Clostridium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les loups sauvages pr\u00e9sentaient une plus grande abondance de Bacteroides, tandis que les loups en captivit\u00e9 et les chiens domestiques pr\u00e9sentaient une plus grande abondance de Fusobacterium et de Faecalibacterium, respectivement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diversit\u00e9 fonctionnelle :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/bonza-retheme.blz.au\/fr\/2026\/01\/le-microbiome-intestinal-le-centre-de-commandement-cache-de-la-sante-de-votre-chien\/\">microbiomes intestinaux des chiens domestiques<\/a> et des loups en captivit\u00e9 \u00e9taient significativement enrichis dans les voies du m\u00e9tabolisme des <a href=\"https:\/\/bonza-retheme.blz.au\/fr\/glucides\/\">hydrates de carbone<\/a> par rapport aux loups sauvages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;analyse enzymatique a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 177 enzymes significativement plus abondantes chez les chiens domestiques que chez les loups sauvages, ce qui met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;adaptation \u00e0 une alimentation riche en hydrates de carbone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les microbiomes intestinaux des loups captifs ressemblaient davantage \u00e0 ceux des chiens domestiques qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ceux des loups sauvages, ce qui t\u00e9moigne de la forte influence de la captivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusions :<\/strong> Les microbiomes intestinaux des loups captifs se sont adapt\u00e9s pour ressembler davantage \u00e0 ceux des chiens domestiques qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ceux des loups sauvages, principalement en raison de facteurs alimentaires et environnementaux.
